Road Reopens After Multi-Vehicle Crash Closed Part Of US 222 In Lancaster County

A multi-vehicle crash closed the southbound lanes of US Route 222 in Lancaster County on Thursday morning, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

The crash occurred one mile south of the exit to Oregon Pike and PA 272, along US 30/PA 284 West/US Route 222 around 8 a.m.

The roadway began opening up just before 11 a.m.

The cause of the crash is unclear.
